In the United States and Canada, Test Solutions will provide pricing and quotations for Electrolytica products, but orders will be placed directly with Electrolytica.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Pricing based on formal quotations will be valid for 60 days. Discounts are available on larger quantities and for complete system purchases. Several of our suppliers offer additional discounts to universities and government research laboratories.

Standard shipping terms are FOB our plant. We will make every effort to ship goods according to your requirements and to minimize costs. Delivery times are subject to our suppliers fulfilling their promises to us. Therefore, we cannot guarantee delivery, but can only provide a best estimate. In cases of unexpected delays, we will notify the customer and attempt to resolve the situation.

Our terms of payment are net 30 days for customers with established accounts. New customers are required to pay in advance for the first order. Payments are to be made in US dollars by check, money order, bank wire transfer, or credit card. We accept VISA or Mastercard.

Overseas orders are subject to an export handling fee of $75.00. Payment in advance is required in US funds via check drawn on a US bank, or via wire transfer. Additional fees may be charged to cover bank transfer charges and customs paperwork.

Payment terms may be modified for special circumstances, depending upon the size of the order. Details will be provided in the formal quotation.

Electrolytica and our suppliers are committed to customer satisfaction. All electronic instruments carry a one year warrantee. Other applicable product warrantees will be described in the formal quotation. In the event of a defective product, we will make every effort to replace it. However, no returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Electrolytica will not be responsible for any products damaged due to customer negligence or due to experimental error.
